Hello-Hello and Happy New Year’s Eve!
We will be brief today as we effort a little rest and relaxation, but we do have to share a quick look at some new goodies headed our way, they are bright and fun, the perfect antidote to gray and gloomy skies outside.
Our new Lilly Pulitzer Market Bags are from the Spring/Summer 2010 Stationery and Gift line, due here in early February.
Healthy in size (14″ wide x 17″ tall and almost 8″ wide), the totes are ideal for trips to the market; you can see the ‘Lilly Loves Green’ slogan on the Crème Fraîche bag in front, Queen of Green also shares this theme. To say we are excited about the bags would be an understatement, they fit perfectly in our Eco-Prep category. (For more on Lilly Loves Green, click here or here.)
Also headed this way, the new Lilly Pulitzer Watch Sets:
The wristwatches will come in three patterns: Later Gator, Desert Tort and the very popular Patchtastic.
Some readers may recognize Later Gator from one of this year’s Lilly bracelets.
Designed for all ages, the Watch Sets come with two bands so you can swap out looks. And as we hopefully show in the first photo, they are are beautifully packaged and ready for gifting.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Looking at spring goodies helps us believe spring is just around the corner. Or, as the delightful Summer is a Verb puts it, we’re almost “ready to begin the count down til summer on January 4th”.
We can’t look ahead without looking back, and as 2009 comes to a close it is another cold and damp day outside, but we are warm and snuggly inside, wrapped in gratitude as the year winds down. We have been more than blessed this year, surrounded by incredible family and friends, fabulous customers and stellar vendors. (You know who you are!)
Many of our friends IRL and online have not been as fortunate, encountering challenges and struggles that would best lesser people. They continue to astonish and inspire us us with their capacity to overcome each and every stumbling block with nary a whine nor a whimper. We watch, and listen, and try to learn from their examples.
With that, we offer an inadequate ‘thank you’ to those who share their lives with us, and send wishes to all for a safe, happy, healthy and bountiful 2010!

We hope it glows as brightly as the annual fireworks over the Sydney Harbor did today.
Happy New Year!

Hello Princess,
Would you believe it in the blizzard of writing holiday Thank You’s I have used every last one of my plethora of stationary. I was browsing your store and I love the In Good Company Foldover Cards. Can you tell me what the finish is on those cards? I’m looking for something with a linen finish…
Thank You!

Happy New Year to the Princess and the Consort!
Thank you for sharing such fabulous fireworks pictures and thus saving me the hassle of having to search the interwebs for them. Ahhh.
Love it all! Happy New Year to you.
Hope you had a wonderful New Year’s day! I’m sure you are suffering from the cold snap as well. You will appreciate my most recent post.
The market bags are fantastic. My friend loved the Lily cocktail shaker I got for her! We are thinking about renting a house with the hubbies for a week in the summer on the lake in Michigan near where you are. She went to college near there. So hoping to see/meet you in the new year!
